A Collect for Contentment

Creator God, who satisfies the desires of all living things, teach us to be patient and content, satisfied with what you provide, that we would not fall into grumbling or anger or succumb to envy or abuse of others but would find how to live at peace in ourselves with your presence and the nourishment and good you provide, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
