A Collect for Contentment and Acceptance

Wise Father, who knows us for you created our inmost being, teach us to accept what you have given us, knowing that you give according to our needs. Keep us from envy or demands, that our trust in you and your care would be sufficient, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives with you and the Holy Spirit in perfect love. Amen.
