A Collect for Peace and Mission

Lord of lords, who commands legions of hosts with surety and grace, grant that we would receive the peace you offer and allow it to permeate our hearts, that we would be ready messengers and witnesses in the world, ambassadors sent by you to welcome your people into your kingdom of love and joy, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who with you and the Holy Spirit reign, one God.
